Users who see a prompt to enable pop-ups when they’re attempting to create a new templated document in a SharePoint Online document library may be able to bypass the issue by allowing these. However, they may notice that a blank page is opened in addition to the templated document.

Current status: Our fix has fully saturated the affected service environment. We’re reaching out to some affected users to validate that the issue has been completely remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to create new templated documents in SharePoint Online document libraries may be affected.
