Current status: Our current fix timeline is extensive, as the operation resulting in the “Recipient Rate Limit” error requires a complex solution beyond a code fix, which may take months to complete. While we continue to work on fix development, we’re reviewing screenshots of impact from affected users while we attempt to reproduce impact in our internal testing environment to identify with certainty the root of the behavior resulting in the issue to assist us in our remediation efforts.
