User impact: Users may encounter various provisioning and syncing issues in Windows 365.

More info: Due to an upstream service issue, users attempting to provision new devices or make membership and license changes within Windows 365 may encounter delays and failures. Other admin operations, user operations, or user connections throughout the Windows 365 service may also be delayed or fail.

Current status: We’ve confirmed that majority of users are no longer experiencing impact. We’re continuing to monitor the service as we work on resolving the upstream service issue for those still affected. We anticipate all impact will be remediated by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected portions of infrastructure attempting to provision new devices or make membership and license changes within Windows 365 are impacted.

Root cause: An upstream service issue related to certain portions of regional service infrastructure not processing requests as expected is resulting in impact.
