Current status: We’ve confirmed that a recent feature change, intended to update Sensitive Information Type (SIT) policies for selected users, unexpectedly introduced a code regression which is affecting unrelated users’ conditions for communications compliance policies. We’ve reverted the feature change and internally verified that this has remediated the impact. However, we’re awaiting feedback from affected users to confirm that the issue is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Admins serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to see conditions for communications compliance policies in the compliance portal.
