Current status: While we continue to revert the offending infrastructure change to completely remediate impact, we’ve rerouted many of the service processes to an alternate healthy infrastructure. This has remediated impact for most features of Universal Print, but a small number of printer jobs may still fail and printer job notifications may be delayed. Once the revert of the offending change completes, impact will be completely remediated.

Scope of impact: A subset of users attempting to access Universal Print may be intermittently impacted.
