More info: After rerouting many of the service processes to an alternate healthy infrastructure most of the service impact is resolved, but a small number of printer jobs may still fail and printer job notifications may be delayed.

This may have intermittently impacted various features such as printing, registering, and printer discovery in Universal Print.

Current status: As a part of our process of reverting the change, which has been undergoing validation prior to implementation, we’ve determined that additional validation is required to ensure no adverse effects are introduced before fully deploying the fix that will revert the offending change. We’ll provide a timeline for remediation if one should become available.

Scope of impact: A subset of users attempting to access Universal Print may be intermittently impacted.
