User impact: Admins may be unable to access the legacy Microsoft Yammer admin center.

Users may also enter a redirect loop or can’t load their notification settings.

Current status: We’ve completed the validation process for the previously mentioned fix and initiated deployment to the affected service environment. We anticipate that the deployment will complete by our next scheduled update, at which time we’ll test to confirm that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any admins attempting to access the legacy Microsoft Yammer admin center or users attempting to access their notification settings may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent update to the Viva Engage service, intended to migrate the Viva Engage experience to a new domain, introduced an authentication error that’s leading to impact.
