User impact: Users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sites.

More info: Affected users may also be intermittently unable to access or edit SharePoint Online list items and start workflows in SharePoint Online. Affected users see an access denied error or a “Sorry, you don’t have access” message. As the issue is intermittent in nature, retries may be successful.

Current status: We’ve finished deploying the older, healthy service build to the affected environment. We’re monitoring service health telemetry and reaching out to affected users to confirm the impact is resolved.

Scope of impact: The problem may intermittently impact any user attempting to access sites, access or edit list items, or start workflows in SharePoint Online.
