Current status: Our analysis into affected users’ licenses has isolated a recent rebalancing operation which is causing the service to not recognize licenses as expected, preventing users from accessing SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive for Business content. We’re further analyzing the recent rebalancing operation so we can determine our next troubleshooting steps for remediating the impact.
