Latest Message Title: Some users may not see files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder when using the modern experience

User impact: Users may not see files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder when using the modern experience.

More info: The OneDrive for Business shared folder is in the modern experience by default. Users can bypass the impact by using the classic experience or going to office.com to view the files that are shared with them.

Current status: The internal validations for our code change have completed and we’ve confirmed that the solution will be viable for remediating the impact. We’re deploying the fix, and current deployment projections provide it will require approximately five weeks to complete and remediate impact in early to mid-April 2023. We’re planning to provide a more accurate update fix deployment timeline during our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may prevent some users that are using the SharePoint Online modern experience from seeing files in the OneDrive for Business shared folder.

Root cause: A resource quota misconfiguration is being introduced when shared folders are created, resulting in impact.
