Current status: We’ve identified performance issues on a portion of Microsoft Viva Engage infrastructure that’s preventing some users from publishing group operations or loading feeds as expected. We’ve rebalanced resources on the affected infrastructure, deployed a configuration change to improve general stability, and implemented a code change to modify the way requests are handled. We’ve confirmed our remediation efforts have been successful in restoring service functionality, and are continuing to monitor internal telemetry to ensure availability remains stable.
