– Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
– Microsoft Purview
– Exchange Online protection

Additionally, within Microsoft Teams, users may experience difficulties with contact search, calendar, messaging, calling. Users may also experience problems creating, updating, and publishing town halls and webinars.

Current status: The underlying Azure networking issue has been addressed. We’re now working to identify and implement remediation strategies for residually affected Microsoft 365 services.

Scope of impact: Based on our telemetry and customer signals, impact appears to be isolated to the Asia-Pacific and Australia region.
