Microsoft Teams – Recovered
– Users may have experienced difficulties with search, calendar, messaging, and calling.
– Users may have experienced problems creating, updating, and publishing town halls and webinars.
– Users may have experienced file related issues.

Current status: Telemetry shows that the service availability for Exchange Online is continuing to improve, but at a slower rate than expected. We’re restarting some service components to expedite recovery.

Many of the other services affected by this event have recovered or have almost reached acceptable performance thresholds. We’re monitoring the services to ensure there is no residual impact.

Scope of impact: Based on our telemetry and customer signals, impact appears to be isolated to the Asia-Pacific and Australia region.
