Microsoft Teams – Recovered
– Users may have experienced difficulties with search, calendar, messaging, and calling.
– Users may have experienced problems creating, updating, and publishing town halls and webinars.
– Users may have experienced file related issues.

Current status: We’re seeing some timeout errors in our backend infrastructure for Exchange Online requests. While we work to isolate the cause of these errors we’re transitioning traffic to alternate service components.

The majority of the other services affected by this event have recovered or have almost reached acceptable performance thresholds. We’re continually monitoring the services to ensure there is no residual impact.

Scope of impact: Based on our telemetry and customer signals, impact appears to be isolated to the Asia-Pacific and Australia region.
