– Some information may be missing in People card files in Outlook on the web.
– Answers, cards, highlights, and suggestions in Viva Topics may disappear.

Current status: We’re continuing to analyze a specific authentication component on the portion of infrastructure that facilities the impacted Microsoft 365 services and functionalities to isolate the underlying root cause of the issue and formulate a remediation plan.
