Current status: We’ve isolated what we suspect is a recent change that introduced a configuration issue that’s resulting in the impact. We’re continuing our review of the available analytical data to confirm our findings and formulate a remediation plan.

Scope of impact: Some users serviced by the affected infrastructure trying to view images in Outlook on the web and Microsoft Teams may be impacted.
