The issue was specific to admins with Azure Network Connections (ANC) or Microsoft
Hosted Networks (MHN) in the affected region.

Admins may have also been unable to create new Azure Network Connections for West Europe, or new Provisioning Policies that attempt to use a Microsoft Hosted Network in West Europe.

Final status: After redeploying the previous configuration, we’ve confirmed that the issue has been successfully resolved. Admins using ANC in West Europe should retry the ANC health check and verify it is successful, then retry provisioning. Admins using MHN should retry any failed provisioning tasks.

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any admin with Azure Network Connections or Microsoft Hosted Networks in West Europe, and all admins may have been unable to provision new Cloud PCs in the region.
