More info: While we work on implementing a long term solution, users may be able to set their EWSEnabled setting value to TRUE using the PowerShell command “Set-OrganizationConfig -EWSEnabled:$true” as an immediate workaround. Current status: We’ve identified that a recent standard backend infrastructure migration, intended to improve general service reliability and performance, inadvertently introduced a regression where the EWSEnabled null value is being treated as a negative value instead of previously positive. We’re developing a fix to update the aforementioned logic to identify null as a positive value and remediate impact. In the meantime, users may be able to set their EWSEnabled setting value to TRUE manually using the PowerShell command listed in the More Info section of this communication. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, that admins intended to block from using the Bookings with Me functionality.
