Final status: We’ve completed the aforementioned roll back process and confirmed through monitoring our service telemetry that the problem is remediated. 

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure that have Roadmap rows connected with an external service may have been impacted.

Root cause: A code issue introduced by a recent service update intended to address an unrelated issue was resulting in impact.

Next steps:
– We’re reviewing our service update testing and validation methods to better identify the potential for impact to the Project Roadmap connector prior to deployment to prevent similar impact in the future and to improve our pre-deployment update testing processes.
