More info: Specifically, users may see the edit button greyed out or not visible at all. As a workaround, admins may be able to manually run the following script “Set-SPOSite -DenyAddAndCustomizePages 0”, to re-enable custom script through PowerShell to mitigate impact.
Current status: The deployment of the supplemental fix has been initiated and we’re monitoring as it progresses. We currently expect the fix to complete deployment by the next scheduled update, at which point we’ll continue our work with affected users to confirm it has had the desired effect.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to edit some SharePoint Online classic site pages.
