User impact: Users in Morocco may be unable to access any Microsoft 365 service or feature.

Current status: We’ve identified that a section of networking infrastructure, responsible for facilitating Microsoft 365 access requests in Morocco, became unresponsive and resulted in service access failures. We’ve redirected affected user traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure and initial monitoring shows signs of recovery. We’re conducting an extended period of monitoring alongside reaching out to affected users for feedback to confirm impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users located in Morocco who are attempting to access any Microsoft 365 service or feature.
