Current status: We’ve identified some service requests within the North America region that are failing, and are reviewing the supporting service infrastructure to understand why these requests aren’t succeeding. In parallel, we’re continuing our efforts to restore the service infrastructure for Europe to expected functionality. Scope of impact: This issue can potentially impact any admin hosted within the Europe or North America regions who’s served through the affected infrastructure and attempting to access the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center web page.
