Latest Message Title: Admins may be unable to access license counts or enrolled device counts from the Microsoft Intune admin center

User impact: Admins were unable to access license counts or enrolled device counts from the Microsoft Intune admin center.

More info: This issue was impacting admins via the tenant status page in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

Affected admins could view Intune license details from the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) admin center or Microsoft 365 admin center licenses pages as a workaround. Affected admins could also view enrolled devices from the Devices overview page.

Final status: We’ve confirmed that our fix deployment is complete and determined via telemetry that this issue is resolved.

Scope of impact: Any admin hosted on the affected infrastructure attempting to view licenses counts or enrolled device counts from the Microsoft Intune admin center may have been affected.

Start time: Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 4:53 PM UTC

End time: Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 2:12 PM UTC

Root cause: A recent change to optimize API performance in the Microsoft Intune admin center introduced a code issue that resulted in the impact.

Next steps:
– We’re reviewing our validation and update procedures to detect and prevent issues like this prior to deployment in the future.

This is the final update for the event.
