Updated November 21, 2024: The rollout to the UK & Canada has completed. The rollout to the selected European countries has been delayed. However, all of Europe will be supported by December. Thank you for your patience. Microsoft SharePoint eSignature allows users to easily request eSignatures on a PDF document via SharePoint online. Signers can easily add their electronic signature. Signed documents are saved securely back to SharePoint. As communicated in MC690925 (Updated) SharePoint eSignature electronic signature service (November 2023), SharePoint eSignature is currently available in the United States. With this rollout, eSignature is coming soon to the United Kingdom, Canada, and these European countries:
