As a workaround, affected admins can use the message trace summary for the current 10 days.

Current status: We’ve developed a fix based on our analysis, which indicates that a recent service update is the possible cause of the impact. We’re deploying this solution across all affected environments to remediate the issue. While focused on resolution, we’re also reviewing the suspected service change to confirm its role in the impact and validate our findings. Based on current estimates, we expect the fix to fully propagate to all environments by Monday, December 23, 2024. As the rollout progresses, admins should begin to see gradual relief. We’re closely monitoring the deployment and will provide updates as it continues throughout the affected regions.
