User impact: Users were unable to use the Modern Translator feature in some Microsoft 365 services and received an error. More info: Some apps that use this feature include, but weren’t limited to: – Microsoft Word Users may have seen one of the following error messages while trying to use the Modern Translator feature: “Sorry, we can’t load this feature. Please make sure you have network and/or Internet Connectivity. Click ‘Retry’ once you’re back online.” “Feature Error. We couldn’t connect to the catalog server for this feature.” Current status: We’ve investigated a problem in which users were unable to use the Modern Translator feature in some Microsoft 365 services and received an error, and confirmed that service is now restored. We’ll provide additional information in a closure summary within the “History” section of the “Service health” dashboard shortly. |
