Current status: We’ve identified an issue in which some admins located in North America and Asia Pacific may see delayed reports from January 24, 2025, in the Microsoft 365 admin center. We’ve determined that a portion of infrastructure responsible for populating reports is experiencing issues processing data as expected and preventing reports from January 24, 2025, from populating. We’ve implemented improvements on the impacted infrastructure and are monitoring as the backlog of data processes and the new data is populated. We anticipate our remediation efforts will be complete, and the issue resolved by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Some admins located in North America and Asia Pacific who are attempting to view reports may be impacted.
