Current status: We’ve identified that a regression in the authentication component responsible for handling VDI machines’ telemetry and alerts has caused impact. To mitigate impact, we’ve reverted the authentication component to the last known functional version. We’re now processing the backlogged telemetry and alerts to fully remediate the impact, and expect this process will be complete by Monday, February 17, 2025.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
