User impact: Some users’ Outlook mobile contacts are missing from the native contacts app on iOS devices. More info: Impact is limited users with contact sync enabled on their iOS devices. Users who haven’t yet upgraded to Outlook for iOS version 4.2309.2 can do so to restore missing contacts immediately. For those who previously upgraded to version 4.2309.2, impact will persist until we deploy the new build that includes the fix. Current status: We’re continuing our build version preparations containing the fix for those users who previously upgraded to 4.2309.2 and are still impacted. We anticipate having a more detailed update once the build approval process is complete and the new version is released by the App Store.
