More info: Users may see a service unavailable or a certificate transparency error page in their web browser. Impact is specific to users attempting to access Microsoft 365 services on web browsers. Users can access services as expected through desktop and mobile clients. If you believe your organization is experiencing impact related to this issue, admins are encouraged to leverage the “Report it Now” function within the Service Health Dashboard. Information gathered from these reports will assist us in our ongoing investigation.
