User impact: Admins may be unable to access license counts or enrolled device counts from the Microsoft Intune admin center.

More info: This issue is impacting admins via the tenant status page in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

Affected admins can view Intune license details from the Azure AD licenses page, or from the Office admin portal page as a workaround. Affected admis can also view enrolled devices from the Devices overview page.

Current status: We’ve developed and are validating a fix to resolve this issue. We anticipate that the validation of the fix should complete by our next update. We’ll provide an estimate to deployment as one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Any admin hosted on the affected infrastructure that’s attempting to view licenses counts or enrolled device counts from the Microsoft Intune admin center may be affected.

Root cause: A recent change to optimize API performance in the Microsoft Intune admin center introduced a code issue that’s resulting in the impact.
