Additionally, users may have seen outdated discovery data for “Windows Endpoint Users” since Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 7:10 AM UTC.

Current status: Our review of logs gathered from reproducing the issue internally has determined that a portion of infrastructure supporting cloud discovery data generation wasn’t processing requests as expected, resulting in impact. We’ve removed the impacted infrastructure from service so that it no longer tries to process requests going forward. We’re continuing to monitor the environment to validate the issue is resolved and won’t impact data moving forward. Data from the start of impact to the point of remediation is queued and we’re working to ensure it’s available.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
