Current status: We’ve received reports of an issue in which users’ Outlook mobile mailbox and calendar data may not sync as expected in the Outlook mobile client for iOS. After preliminary investigation, we traced impact back to a conditional access policy issue within a recent update, version 4.2311.0, which is preventing users leveraging this version from syncing their Outlook mobile client as expected. We’re exploring potential mitigative options to address this issue for affected users, and in the interim recommend avoiding upgrading to Outlook for iOS version 4.2311.0. Scope of impact: Any user using Outlook for iOS version 4.2311.0 may experience impact.
