Final status: Further investigation revealed that the aforementioned update, initially intended to optimize supported language availability within the Microsoft 365 admin center, exposed a code regression that ultimately led to impact. We’ve confirmed that this update was successfully reverted and, according to our internal testing, monitoring this code’s telemetry, and confirmation from some formerly affected admins, the Microsoft 365 admin center is now accessible to all admins as expected.
