More info: Users that attempted to retrieve new cloud discovery data from the “Cloud apps” section of the Microsoft 365 Defender portal were impacted prior to April 3, 2023. Users could have retrieved the latest information since April 3, 2023, while we restored the reports during the impacted time frame.

Additionally, users may have seen outdated discovery data for “Windows Endpoint Users” since Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 7:10 AM UTC.

Final status: We’ve completed processing the queued collection of data that was affected during our impact window, and confirmed with internal telemetry that the issue is resolved.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
