User impact: Users may see some meetings scheduled in Mexico time zones are displaying with the incorrect time. More info: Some users see the meeting is scheduled an hour ahead of its intended time within Outlook on the web, Outlook mobile, and the Outlook desktop client. Please confirm that users’ devices are fully patched and up-to-date. For on-premises organizations, please also confirm your servers are fully patched and up-to-date. Current status: Our investigation has determined that a code conflict during meeting creation and updating is causing time zone data to be handled incorrectly for some meetings. We’re developing a fix for this issue and we’ll provide an estimated timeline for deployment as it becomes available. Scope of impact: This issue could affect any attendee with meetings scheduled by some users in the Mexico region. Root cause: A code conflict during meeting creation and updating is causing time zone data to be handled incorrectly for some meetings. Next update by: Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 12:00 AM UTC |
