More info: When the issue first started, mailbox migrations were failing even after they restarted. Currently, the affected mailbox migrations appear to succeed after they automatically restart.

Current status: Our investigation has determined that a back-end server version mismatch is causing some mailbox migrations to fail at around 95 percent completion. An updated version has been validated and deployment is ongoing. While most migrations will proceed as expected, some admins may continue to see intermittent failures. We expect to have a remediation timeline by the next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact any admins attempting to migrate mailboxes to Exchange Online.
