User impact: Users’ notifications from Microsoft 365 services may be delayed.

More info: Impacted notifications include, but are not limited to, the following types:
– SharePoint Online email notifications for Workflow, Sharing, and Alerts.
– One-time passcode notifications, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business verification code notifications.
– Toast notifications received within users’ Windows desktop.
– Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner push and email notifications.
– Loop component user mentions within Microsoft Teams.
– Stream email notifications.
– Microsoft Forms and InfoPath email notifications.

Current status: We’ve begun observing positive telemetry signals from multiple regions where user notifications are being processed and delivered by the service. Some users may experience relief as the fix saturates their local region. We’re continuing our work to closely manage several phases and workstreams within the fix deployment, and we’ll provide an updated time for resolution as soon as one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Any user receiving notifications from Microsoft 365 services may be impacted.
