| Latest Message | Title: Users are intermittently redirected to the Outlook login page when trying to use the Report Server Web Service API
User impact: Users are getting intermittently redirected to the Outlook login page when trying to use the Reporting Web Service API. More info: Affected users report that they’re using the Reporting Web Service API to pull message trace data and reports. We suspect that subsequent retries at leveraging the Report Server Web Service API are successful, and therefore we recommend that users try again if they’re redirected to the Outlook login page. Current status: The internal testing and validations for our fix continue to progress, and we’re planning to provide an updated timeline for our fix deployment and the remediation of impact once these steps have completed. Scope of impact: Some users trying to use the Reporting Web Service API are intermittently redirected to the Outlook login page. Start time: Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 9:30 AM UTC Root cause: A recent change resulted in a code conflict caused an exception to occur when sending requests to the Report Server Web Service API.
