Current status: Due to the complexity of the issue, it’s taking some additional time to fully analyze and validate the results of our recent changes. In parallel, we’re continuing to further develop additional changes that may allow us to expedite the fix and restore search functionality. We understand the impact this issue can have on your organization, and we appreciate your partnership and patience as we work to safely resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Customers hosted in any worldwide region may experience impact related to this event; though, the degree of impact can vary. Additionally, we’ve confirmed that there is no impact to any Government Cloud environments.
