User impact: Mailbox migrations to Exchange Online may fail to complete and then restart. More info: When the issue first started, mailbox migrations were failing even after they restarted. Currently, the affected mailbox migrations appear to succeed after they automatically restart. Current status: After monitoring service health telemetry, previously observed improvements in telemetry have regressed and we’re continuing to see the issue occur. We suspect this may potentially be due to the build having not completed saturation. However, we’re continuing our attempts to reproduce impact in our testing environment to confirm if this is in fact the result of a build version mismatch or identify if an alternate source of impact is responsible and determine additional remediation strategies. Scope of impact: This issue may impact any admins attempting to migrate mailboxes to Exchange Online.
