Current status: Our analysis of network trace logs has determined that a recent standard service update, inadvertently contains a regression resulting in certain page content loading requests to fail. We’re reviewing the offending update and analyzing different mitigation options, in order to resolve impact most effectively.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins served through the affected infrastructure attempting to access features in the classic Exchange admin center. Additionally, this impacts some users attempting to manage distribution groups using the Outlook on the web settings page.
