We’re rolling out enhancements to the Collections query builder in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium)
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 100057.
[When this will happen:] Rollout to public preview will begin in late April and is expected to be complete by mid-May. Rollout to general availability will begin in late May and is expected to be complete by end of June. [How this will affect your organization:] This rollout introduces updates to the eDiscovery (Premium) query builder experience to add functionality including NOT/OR conditions, grouping, and alignment between Collections and Review query building experiences. This enhancement will help build complex queries from scratch, validate them, and help to ensure correct content is being returned with the query inputs.

Assess whether these changes will impact your organization’s eDiscovery workflow, then update internal documentation and provide user training as needed.
