User impact: Admins experienced delayed information in Windows Autopatch, Microsoft Managed Devices, and Windows 365 services. More info: Some telemetry such as Autopatch device readiness, Microsoft Managed Devices device inventory and Windows 365 Cloud PC utilization data may have been delayed. Windows 365 new Cloud PC “Success with warning” was mitigated, and new Cloud PC’s provisioned successfully. All data for all services will been delivered without loss upon service restoration. Final status: We finished rerouting traffic to alternate infrastructure and monitored the environment to validate that service was restored. Scope of impact: This issue may have potentially affected any user viewing the affected information in Windows 365, Windows Autopatch, and Microsoft Managed Desktop.
