User impact: Admins may not see some numbers assigned to resources within the Microsoft Teams admin center and PowerShell.

More info: Calls to and from the affected numbers are working as intended, and the impact is specific to assignment visibility of resources added within the last 72 hours.

While we’re working to remediate the impact, affected admins can check the resource account assigned using the alternatives listed below:

Microsoft Teams admin center:
Use Numbers page. Enable the “Assigned to” column. It will reference the users and resource accounts assigned.

PowerShell Cmdlet:
Get-CsOnlineUser -Identity
Get-CsPhoneNumberAssignment -AssignedPstnTargetId

Current status: We’ve developed the fix and deployed it to the affected environments to allow impacted admins to do new number assignments to resource accounts. To fully resolve the impact, we’re identifying past number assignments to resource accounts and resyncing them.

Scope of impact: Any admin managing resource assignments within the Microsoft Teams admin center may be impacted.
