Expected with Intune’s June (2306) service release, the new troubleshooting experience in the Microsoft Intune admin center will be generally available and enabled for all admins, replacing the old experience. This new functionality simplifies the troubleshooting and diagnostic experience, providing quicker access to data and new features. You can learn more by reading the blog: New Microsoft Intune troubleshooting experience.

[How this will affect your organization:]

With the upcoming release, if an admin has not opted into the new troubleshooting experience, this will be turned on by default for all admins.

[What you need to do to prepare:]

We recommend admins to familiarize themselves with the new experience by navigating to the Intune admin center > Troubleshooting + support > Troubleshoot. Select the banner “Preview upcoming changes to Troubleshooting and provide feedback” at the top, then select “Try it now” to use the Troubleshooting (preview) pane.

Stay tuned to What’s new in Intune for the release.
