User impact: Users’ OME email sent from Exchange Online may be unable to be accessed by some recipients.

More info: This issue affects users that are external to the organization of the user sending the message. The external user generates a One Time Passcode and is routed to the OME portal, but the site continuously loads.

Users receiving OME email messages from other users in the organization aren’t affected.

Current status: We’ve confirmed that Content Delivery Network (CDN) is not delivering the scripts required for Office Message Encryption (OME) to work. We’re continuing to analyze network trace logs and mitigation options, to isolate the underlying root cause and determine the most affective route toward mitigation.

Scope of impact: Impact may occur for any of your users sending OME email messages through Exchange Online to some external users.
