User impact: Users’ email through Outlook on the web fail to send if a contact list is added as a recipient to the email.

More info: When affected users select a contact list as the recipient from ‘My Contacts’, the following error message appears after attempting to send the email: ‘This message can’t be sent right now. Please try again later’.

Current status: The fix has saturated to approximately 56 precent of the affected infrastructure. We’ll continue to monitor this process to ensure it completes successfully and we suspect that the issue will be resolved by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user attempting to send email after adding a contact list as a recipient using Outlook on the web.
