Microsoft Bookings is part of Microsoft 365 suite of products and is available through most commercial SKUs. In February 2023, we have removed the mobile apps from the Google Playstore and Apple App Store (announced via MC441066, September ’22). However, users who had the app installed before this date could continue to use the app.

We will be retiring these mobile apps completely from July 15, 2023 so any users who had the mobile apps installed will not be able to access Bookings via the mobile app.

We have launched the mobile friendly web version for users to access Bookings web page (book.ms) on their mobile browser. We recommend users who are using the mobile Apps to transition to the mobile web version. We will continue to invest into improving the web version and providing a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.

If your organization has users who have installed Bookings Mobile Apps, they will not be able to access Bookings through these installed Apps.

We recommend them to start using the mobile web version (book.ms) on their mobile browser.

Bookings App will continue exist on the web on both desktop and mobile. There is no impact or loss of data. We will continue to invest in improving the web experience for both desktop and mobile.
