User impact: Admins are unable to perform archive-only mailbox offboarding from Exchange Online to their on-premises environment

More info: Admins are encouraged to reschedule any planned offboarding activities for archive-only mailboxes until after June 26, 2023.

Current status: We’ve identified a code regression affecting archive-only offboarding of mailboxes from Exchange Online to On-Premises. The fix is being backported, and is expected to complete on or around June 26th, 2023. To prevent the issue from propagating, we have suspended archive-only offboarding from Exchange online until the fix is deployed worldwide.

Scope of impact: This issue is specific to admins attempting to perform archive-only mailbox offboarding from Exchange Online to their on-premises environment.
